Wyrlo AI Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not make with Wyrlo AI, and how we check it. It applies to everything you type, upload, generate and publish with your account.

What this policy covers
Wyrlo AI makes videos for YouTube and for businesses: a script, a narration, scenes and a finished file. Its scenes can be AI images and AI video clips, made from a written description, the prompt. This policy says what those prompts, and everything else you make here, may not contain. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Wyrlo AI is an independent product. The text, images and video are made by AI models from other companies, which Wyrlo AI reaches through OpenRouter, and the voices by ElevenLabs. Wyrlo AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and their own usage rules apply to what their models make as well.
What you may not make
Don't use Wyrlo AI to make, store or publish:
- Sexual or adult content. Nothing NSFW, explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive, and no nudity made to arouse. That holds for images, video, scripts, narration and thumbnails alike.
- Anything that sexualises minors, or shows anyone who looks under 18 in a sexual or suggestive way.
- Hate and harassment. Content that attacks, demeans or threatens people for who they are, or that targets a person with abuse.
- Violence and extremism. Content that praises or calls for violence, terrorism or self-harm, and gore made to shock.
- Illegal activity. Content that breaks the law or helps someone break it, including instructions for weapons, drugs or hacking.
- Fraud and deception. Scams, fake endorsements, impersonation, and false claims made to mislead people for gain or about health, elections or emergencies.
- Other people's work.Content that copies someone's copyrighted material, trademark, characters or likeness without the right to use it.
- Anything the platform you publish on forbids, or that the AI companies whose models make it forbid.
Asking for any of this in other words, in another language or in pieces is the same as asking for it outright, and so is trying to get around the check below.
Real people
Don't make a real person appear to say or do something they didn't, in a way that could deceive or harm, without that person's consent. Don't put a real person into sexual, violent or degrading content at all.
Wyrlo AI has no face-swap tool, no tool that edits a face in a photo or a video, and no voice cloning: its voices are ElevenLabs voices, and none is made from a recording of a person you supply.
What Wyrlo AI is for
Wyrlo AI is for videos you would put your name to: explainers, history and science, stories, news and commentary, tutorials, product videos and ads. A video may deal with a hard subject, such as war, crime or illness, when it reports, teaches or tells a story and doesn't show what the list above rules out.
How prompts are checked
Every prompt for an AI image, an AI video clip or an animated graphic is checked automatically before it reaches an AI model, each time, for every account. A prompt the check does not allow makes nothing and uses no credits, and you are told so. You can change the prompt and try again.
If the check itself can't be reached, nothing is made until it can. Wyrlo AI never makes an image or a clip from a prompt that has not been checked.
The AI models have their own safeguards on top of this and may refuse a prompt themselves. A refused prompt isn't charged either. What the check receives is in the Privacy Policy.
If you break this policy
Breaking this policy breaks the Terms of Service, under which we may turn off or delete an account. Payments are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking it. What you publish is your responsibility.
Reporting something
If you have seen something made with Wyrlo AI that breaks this policy, or a prompt of yours was stopped and you think that was a mistake, write to support@wyrlo.com.
