Wyrlo AI Terms of Service
The rules for using Wyrlo AI, the AI video generator: your account, who owns what you make, what you may not make, and what each side is responsible for.
Last updated October 23, 2026
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Wyrlo AI (“Wyrlo”, “we”). By creating an account or using Wyrlo you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Wyrlo for a company or another person, you confirm you are allowed to agree for them.
Beta
Wyrlo is in beta. Features may change, stop working or be removed, and the AI models, voices and prices on offer change as the companies behind them change theirs.
Your account
- There is no minimum age. If you are too young to agree to a contract where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of Wyrlo.
- Use a real email address that you control, and keep your details current.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account; tell us straight away if someone else has got in.
- An account is for one person. Don't share it or sell access to it.
Your content and your videos
What you put in stays yours
Your topics, scripts, uploads and instructions belong to you. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload or paste in.
What you make is yours to use
Wyrlo claims no ownership of the videos you make. You may use them, including commercially, subject to the terms that come with their parts:
- Stock photos and clips come from Pexels, Pixabay and Unsplash under those libraries' licences.
- Music from the free library comes under each track's own licence, which may require you to credit its author.
- Text shown from Wikipedia comes under its CC BY-SA licence. Wyrlo shows its credit on screen and adds it to the description of a video it uploads to YouTube; where you post a video yourself, keep the credit with it.
- AI-generated text, images, video, voice and music come under the terms of the company whose model made them.
In some countries material made by AI is not protected by copyright, and an AI model can produce similar output for someone else. Wyrlo can't promise that what you generate is yours alone.
What you let Wyrlo do with it
You give Wyrlo permission to store, copy, process and transmit your content, and to send it to the services that run each step, only as far as needed to provide the service to you. That permission ends when the content or your account is deleted, except for a video you share to the Wyrlo wall (below). When you share a video's link, anyone who has the link can watch the video until you turn the link off or delete the video.
Videos you share to the Wyrlo wall
A finished video can be sent from its Render page to the wall on wyrlo.com. Wyrlo decides which videos the wall shows, and anyone can watch one that is shown. It is shown without your name or anything else about your account. By sending it you give Wyrlo permission, free of charge, to keep a copy of it and a still from it and to show them on wyrlo.com, for as long as Wyrlo chooses. Only Wyrlo can take a shared video down: deleting the video or your account doesn't remove it from the wall. To ask for that, write to support@wyrlo.com. Share only a video that follows these terms and that you have the right to show publicly, including its music, everything you uploaded into it and anyone who appears in it. Wyrlo may hide or remove any shared video at any time.
What you may not do
Don't use Wyrlo to make, store or publish anything that:
- breaks the law, or helps someone else break it;
- infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- is sexual, explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive, or is NSFW or adult content of any other kind;
- sexualises minors in any way;
- shows a real person saying or doing something they didn't, in a way that could deceive or harm, without that person's consent;
- harasses, threatens or incites violence or hatred against people;
- is meant to deceive people for gain: scams, fraud, fake endorsements;
- breaks the rules of the platform you publish it on, or of the AI companies whose models make it.
The Acceptable Use Policysets this out in full and is part of these terms. Every prompt for an AI image, an AI video clip or an animated graphic is checked against it before anything is made, and a prompt that isn't allowed makes nothing and uses no credits.
And don't:
- try to get around limits, security or payment;
- copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it, without our written agreement;
- use it in a way that damages it or gets in the way of other people using it.
AI output
AI makes mistakes. A script can state something false, an image can show something that isn't so, and a model can refuse a request or return something you didn't ask for. Review every video before you publish it: what you publish is your responsibility.
Some platforms require you to label altered or AI-generated content. Doing that is up to you.
Wyrlo does not promise that a video will be approved, recommended or monetized by any platform, or that it will get any number of views.
YouTube and other services
Wyrlo uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or publishing to YouTube through Wyrlo you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Wyrlo handles YouTube data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
If you connect a TikTok or an Instagram account, what you post there through Wyrlo is also governed by the TikTok Terms of Service or the Instagram Terms of Use. What Wyrlo stores and sends is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Wyrlo depends on other companies' services for AI, voices, stock media, storage and publishing. They can change, fail or withdraw a feature, and Wyrlo isn't responsible for what they do. Your use of YouTube and of any other platform you publish to is governed by that platform's own terms.
Credits and payments
Wyrlo's AI steps are paid in credits on your account. What each kind of step costs is on the pricing page. Stock footage, your own uploads, editing, rendering and publishing use no credits.
The number of credits a step costs can go up or down when what Wyrlo pays for it changes: AI providers, payment companies or servers. Wyrlo shows a step's price before you start it, and that is the price you pay for it.
Credits come from the credit packs you buy, or Wyrlo adds them to your account. They are used in the order they run out: whatever ends soonest is used first. Credits are not money. They can't be exchanged for money, sold, or moved to another account, and they go with your account when it is deleted.
How you pay
Payments are taken by the payment company you choose at checkout, on its own page or in its own form, and that company sends the receipt. Your use of it is under its own terms. Where a payment company sells as the merchant of record, your purchase is made with that company and it says so at checkout.
You pay the price Wyrlo shows. Wyrlo adds no fee of its own. A payment company may add sales tax or VAT where it has to, and then you see the full amount on its page before you pay. Tax adds no credits.
Credit packs
Credits are bought in credit packs, each with a single payment. A pack adds its credits to your account when the payment goes through. Nothing renews, and you are not charged again unless you buy another pack. The packs, their prices and their credits are on the pricing page.
How long credits last
Credits you buy can be used for as long as their pack says, counted from the purchase: Mini 1 month, Starter 2 months, Creator 3 months, Pro 6 months and Network 12 months. A purchase gives every bought credit still on your account at least the new pack's date, and the purchase's own credits the latest date your bought credits have; it never makes a date earlier. Credits that reach their date are removed. We email you before they do: for Mini and Starter a week before, for Creator and Pro a month and a week before, and for Network six, three and one month before.
Credits Wyrlo adds to your account itself don't expire.
Your pack's limits
Each pack has limits: how many YouTube channels, TikTok accounts and Instagram accounts you can link, and how many of your videos are made at the same time (the others wait their turn). Your account has the limits of the biggest pack you bought while your credits were still usable. Once they have all expired, it has the limits of the smallest pack. Accounts you have already linked stay linked.
The Pro and Network packs also give priority support: their questions are answered before others, and when many videos are waiting theirs start first. This sets no reply or delivery time.
Refunds
Credits and pack payments are not refunded, whether the credits have been used or not. Closing your account does not bring a refund.
This does not take away a right to a refund that the law where you live gives you. To ask about a payment, write to support@wyrlo.com. Where a payment company sold to you as the merchant of record, it handles refund requests under its own refund policy. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the credits it gave are removed from your account. If you had already used them, your credits go below zero, and paid steps stay closed until credits you get later have made that up.
Suspending and ending
You can stop using Wyrlo at any time. To have your account deleted, write to info@wyrlo.com from the email address of your account.
We may turn off or delete an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or that the law requires us to act on. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you the chance to export your videos first.
We may also stop offering Wyrlo, or part of it. If we close the service we will give you reasonable notice so that you can export your videos.
No warranty
Wyrlo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that its output will be accurate or fit for your purpose, or that your content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you: every video can be exported.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Wyrlo is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid Wyrlo in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
If someone brings a claim against Wyrlo because of content you made or published, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change is important, we will email you before it takes effect. Using Wyrlo after a change means you accept the new terms; if you don't, stop using it and ask us to delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia (the country), and its courts decide any dispute about them, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim at home.
